I just ugraded my original SimpliSafe system to the Gen 3 system 3 days ago. I included a doorbell camera and a indoor SimpliCam with the upgrade.  I now hear a clicking sound and static as well as a high frequency squeal while viewing live fee

I'm having the exact same issue, not very happy considering I just bought a brand new system and I'm already experiencing issues. I am, however, glad to hear the SimpliSafe have acknowledge the issue and plan to investigate. My two questions are,
