I am having the exact same problem since app was last updated. Called tech support and on phone over an hour and problem still persist.

I feel your pain. I am having the exact same problem.  I have done everything that you have done to no avail.  I spent over an hour on phone with Tech support and nothing has changed.  Email and Push notifications work fine.

Just got the new Simplisafe system. Spent half the day installing.  Seemed to go smoothly.  I have a large house and outbuilding so I installed 32 sensors, fobs, sirens, etc.  Everything worked when I went to bed, and there were no power fails.  Woke up this morning and I get th

@davey_d Just had the exact same thing happen to mine. Installed the new phone card weeks ago and just last night everything was wiped. I'll be calling that support number today. System literally wiped itself as we slept. Not very safe and secure and
