Hi @tessiergeo! The regular magnet's dimensions are 0.5” W x 1.5” H x 0.62” L. The smaller "Slim" magnet's dimensions are 0.39" W X 1.10" H x 0.20" L.

Just installed my system. Set all the sensors to not chime during Home setting. When I went to the outdoor camera settings I could not find the same selection to adjust the outdoor camera. Does the camera alarm when in the Home setting?

Hi @breeves2245, It is correct that you cannot put the camera into Off/Home/Away modes as it is always on. However, the Outdoor Camera will not set off an alarm. The alarm in the Outdoor Camera will only sound if the alarm in the Base Statio

Hi @minhonour, The red button on the top of the Keyfob is a panic button! If you press that, it will alert our monitoring team that you need help.
