We have been receiving reports of a very rare issue, where system armed notifications are being sent to the Timeline event log, even though the system is already armed. I'm getting regular 'spontaneous' notifications on my system. This has been happening for a few weeks, and usually get several per day (at least one, sometimes maybe four). I get both 'System Disarmed' and 'System Armed' repeated messages. Firmware i

Hi, Has anybody else stopped receiving Push notifications on their phones from Simplisafe? It was working fine for me, until yesterday evening. Email notifications are still working, but push notifications have stopped. They're enabled in the App - all three types of Syste Alerts. I've switche

@cdanielm it's been working OK for me for a few days now - since Monday I think. Getting one push notification as expected. I've not tried activating SMS alerts again.

Hi, Thanks for the update Johnny. And as @cdanielm noted, when trying to enable SMS alerts the required verification text is never received. I don't really want to use text messages, and will rely on emails for the meantime, but thought it worth a

Interesting to find this thread, as I created another thread to report that I'm not getting any push notifications from my Simplisafe app on Android since yesterday! I don't have a doorbell camera, so wasn't affected by the issues described here.
