I just tried to logon to the Simplisafe iPhone app. It told me that I had to respond to an email for 2-factor authentication. This doesn't work very well. If I'm using the app, it's probably because I'm away from home.  Email is only available at home. Please change the 2-factor authe

I spent almost an hour and half this morning trying to get into SS on a computer. It defaulted to an email being sent to my address of record. That's fine but the email would not arrive before the login token expired. I had a fun little game of clicking refresh in my email client repeatedly hoping i

Please give us a roadmap of what you're working on for us or what your prioritizations are. Virtually every request for something receives a variant of one of the following replies: "I'll forward this on to our devs" "We're not able to talk about specific roadmaps" These kinds of ambiguous rep

I have a doorbell camera and a simplicam with the outdoor kit. I have a mesh network with 2 satellites and they are no more than 10 feet from each of the cameras. I have 200 Mbps Internet service. The cameras (along with a few other IoT devices) are on their own VLAN. There is no restriction o

I also reported this issue @2 months ago. However, my Wi-Fi was dropping @10 to 12 times a day! I emailed SS and included a listing of multiple incidents on the same date (from my time stamps). I subsequently spoke with SimpliSafe and they quickly re

This Forum documents YEARS of poor customer service by SimpliSafe to its former and current customers! There is a pressing need to expose SS's horrible customer service to social & news media outlets. Prospective customers and the general public should be made aware of this company's poor cus

Captain11...While support issues may not be news to veteran SS customers such as yourself, history shows that they will most likely become issues to new or novice customers. I certainly applaud your past and continuing efforts to "...have taken Simp

We just got the system and installed it including a key fob for my wife. I'm concerned that it seems you can disarm the alarm with the key fob without entering the PIN. So if someone were to steal the fob from her purse they'd have access to our address and could break in and disable the system usin

The Key Fob is a great idea and very convenient to use. Nonetheless, it could use some improvements: 1. The obvious "too easy to accidentally press a button while in my pocket or purse" issue, needs to be addressed. Maybe simple software re-coding
