I have 8 outdoor camera and 2 doorbells, once the alarm is triggered, the camera’s start to record but the videos don’t get processed. So, when I go to the timeline to review, there are no video for me to review. please confirm if the base station can handle 8 outdoor cameras. I have check

@patact​ 850Mbps upload common? Available in some places, sure, that or more. Common? Certainly not around here.

And, of course, after I say none I got one push notice. But, only one, when I should have received several.

@worthing​ Yeah, sorry, it's all. The one sensor just happened to be one I was particularly keen on working with at the time. SMS come through almost instantly but no push. About the S9, frankly, wouldn't surprise me if that's part of it

Hello all, considering buying into SS but wanted some confirmation re: functionality. I don't want 24/7 call center monitoring ala ADT, but would want to be able to control/monitor myself via smartphone.  Do I have this ability without paying SS a monthly fee?  I.e. can I get push alerts

I thought the situation with Gen 3 SS, with its WiFi connectivity, is you can use the app without monitoring service. But, you have to be somewhere where you can connect to WiFi for it to work. Correct, or no? Presuming correct, that is unli

With the base station connected to my home Wi-Fi and its cellular backup, I disconnected the ethernet cable from my modem to my router. I did not receive any push notification or SMS alert from SimpliSafe that my home internet connection had been lost.  Is this normal?  Does the base stat

I suggest there needs to be a more clear delineation of behavior between loss of WiFi connection and loss of Internet itself, because they are not inherently one and the same. Loss of WiFi connection would also be a loss of Internet connectivity,
