@Captain11 Don't get me wrong Secret alerts is a good work around but with much less privacy and more videos to upload. For example By activating the secret alert on the door or windows: 1st: I'm no longer notified with a Chime on with the door

+1 Not a fan of this change. If your company want to safe cloud space then give people option to select what they want to be recorded and under what conditions as well as option to safe video locally - Sd card, NAS, SSD via some hub. Then and onl

I have 3 SimpliCams, one of which is located in my garage hanging upside down (it just fits the space better that way). It would be nice if I had an option to rotate the camera's view from within the SimpliSafe app.  Right now I have to look at the image upside when cycling through all my Sim

No longer waiting - just flip the camera bracket by Remove two plastic caps on the camera bracket, then unscrew the stew and rotate the plastic back plate 180 degrees. Mine is connected to the ceiling.

720? Why Simplisafe? In 2020 you should be up at 1080P, 2k or 4k by now.

Please provide more information - when SimpliCam became1080p and how can I know If my recently replaced SimpliCam support 1080p? How your customers can know of it's safe to activate 1080p for SimplCam? I have two cameras and both of them have options
