1080 resolution setting options on my 2nd SimpliCam seems to have disappeared since after I first installed it.  - What the heck?  It was available when I 1st set it up!  Doorbell cam still allows/shows 1080 options, but the simplicams all of a sudden on their settings dashboard only

The SimpliCam is 720P max - there was an app update a while ago which made the 1080P setting available for the SimpliCam even though it didn't actually do anything. There was a subsequent app update which removed the erroneous 1080P option for the Si

I installed the doorbell and got it working. I was in the middle of trying to signup for the service. The doorbell disconnected and will not re-aquire. I deleted the camera from the app and was going to reinstall. The doorbell shows Blue Ring but I can't see it on the phone... it does not detect the

The top button refers to the SimpliCam - the Doorbell reset is the large button on the back

My Text and Email Alerts, Push Notifications and the Online Timeline have a Time Stamp for Eastern time. However, I am in Central time. The iPhone App Timeline has the correct time as does the both the the Online and iPhone Dashboard main page. Where do I Set the Time Zone in the Control Pa

When I log in from the original page I am immediately redirected to the new dashboard. After I'm logged in even if I use a link to the original dashboard (sample below) I am redirected to the new dashboard. Probably because I only have an SS3 system

If they get enough calls maybe they'll add the time zone option the new Control Panel for each location.
