Anyone else left feeling like this is a waste of money?

User uploaded image Anyone else finding themselves with faulty products? I’ve had no stop issues with my products and the customer support team is of no help. Incredibly frustrating since I bought this for security reasons and this company has left me in this position. Motion sensors don’t work, camera doesn’t detect motion. Took more than a month for the delivery of a motion sensor. Cancelling subscription is a nightmare and the support team changes on you in one conversation. Currently waiting for them to help me and it’s been 2.5 hrs!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!User uploaded image
