Anyone else left feeling like this is a waste of money?
Anyone else finding themselves with faulty products? I’ve had no stop issues with my products and the customer support team is of no help. Incredibly frustrating since I bought this for security reasons and this company has left me in this position. Motion sensors don’t work, camera doesn’t detect motion. Took more than a month for the delivery of a motion sensor. Cancelling subscription is a nightmare and the support team changes on you in one conversation. Currently waiting for them to help me and it’s been 2.5 hrs!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
