Interference issues since update 2.24.2.21
We are getting repeated errors with system interference since the update installed last night.
Interesting, before the update we received an alert about the door lock battery (I replaced) but it would seem to actually be the pin pad battery. Then the same door's entry sensor disappeared.
Could it be the extremely cold weather is weakening the batteries and causing this "interference?"
I will replace the batteries today. We are going on vacation and I don't want this to be an issue while we are gone.

Hey Mike sorry for the delay in getting to you my friend. Cold weather can absolutely impact battery performance, but interference is going to be when the Base Station itself detects something. We have an article that goes into great details the things that may cause that to come up, but the batteries and the could should not be one of the potential factors.
How have things been since you've replaced the batteries. Any more notifications? Let me know and if you'd like I'd be more than happy to start a private chat to go into more detail.
