Smart Lock PINs Request
The current way Smart Lock works is less secure than not having it because one PIN does everything to unsecure my property. My request is to have a set of PINs for unlocking, a different set of PINs for disarming, and the one PIN for duress.
For those who prefer the current configuration, setting the same PIN for unlocking and disarming could do both when entered into the Smart Lock PIN pad.
I would also find the ability to disable the PIN pad useful when I want to force the use of a physical key to unlock and a PIN to disarm.
Is there an official way to make this feature request? If so I’ll be glad to submit this elsewhere.

Don't hold your breath, robsnbrian! We've all been asking for this very basic, very secure, and very reasonable change and SimpliSafe won't do anything about it. I'm currently investigating other systems and I advise anyone else reading this to do the same.

Any update on this or have you found a better system for this? I’m looking through pages and pages of this request and I can’t believe it hasn’t been officially addressed or changed!!
