Open Door Alert

I use Simplisafe in my rentals and so far has fit the need but the latest thing I need to be aware of is a <timed> alert for how long a window/door has been kept open. We recently had our cooling system fail because the door was left open for 24 hours.

Simplisafe could easily support this functionality if it were programmed into the base and sent out to server when it has exceeded a <set time limit> OR just keep it local to the tower and have the alert notify there only. Anyway. seems like an easy win.
