Outdoor camera alarm events

My system only has outdoor cameras and one indoor camera in a shop.  If I set my alarm to Away, will the UPS, FedEx, Amazon drivers always create an alarm event?  What happens when they arrive and how does the monitoring handle it?

Second question:  Will my 40 lb Golden retriever set off the camera alarm?
