Why oh why
Why does my system say one particular outdoor camera is not connected to WiFi but knows the current battery status and does capture video but when I look at the camera in the app thumbnails it says offline. This is a frequent issue with all my cameras, sometimes one at a time, sometimes two, sometimes three.

@william My two outdoor cameras are connected to AC, work fine. Did you contact support? What did they say the issue was?

Hi @william,
So your Outdoor Camera is still able to record motion and you can view its livestream, but when you look at it in the mobile app it says that it's offline? Our engineering team is looking into a similar issue, I added your case details to their ticket to help further their investigation.
