Regarding your Base Station, our tech teams found that the best way to resolve the green light issue is to replace the device. If you contact our Support team, they can send a new Base Station your way.
Regarding your camera, what camera model are you experiencing this with? Is this an indoor camera, an outdoor camera, or the Video Doorbell Pro? And is the camera completely Offline, or is it connected to your Wi-Fi but will not record any motion at all?
