Continuously receive disarm by remote message

Since Saturday, one of the wired camera suddenly turned on and start to detect motion. It turns on and off by itself over 10 times a day. 
and i continuously received Disarmed by remote message over 20 times every day. 
i have already updated to latest version of frame ware today, but problem still exists.

today even worse. Saying my motion sensors are out of rage and cannot be detected. 
can any support staff help me?

i  install it and used paid service just 368 days, according to the record in software. 
is that my base station or other hardware already need to be replaced?

Hi @Janetbuying 

We are aware of the issue that impacted customers over that weekend. There was a Vodafone outage which impacted continuous back up cell connection. 
The repeat of the current state of your alarm, was due to reconnection of the SIM to cellular connection. 

Since then, Vodafone has recovered and the issue you experienced should has stopped. 
If you are still having this issue, please contact us so we can investigate further.
