Any update on transferring the existing system to a tenant

Hi There:

I have been a SimpliSafe client for a long time and love their service and products.  I am renting out my house to a tenant for the first time ever.  I want to continue to pay the monitoring fee as I want to ensure they use the system.  How can I transfer the system to them.

1.  Transfer it so they have their own login online 

2.  Transfer it so that they can set their pins

3.  Set up their numbers for the monitoring service

Can there be two account logins so they can access it remotely?

Should I just change the email contact as theirs and they can have the login which would change back to me after tenancy.   We can then reset the master pin and other pins.  We can call the monitoring service and still have my automatic payment but with different caller list for emergencies. I can be a last person called on a list?

Any suggestions would be helpful as I want to make it as simple as possible. I do not want to have to remove the products from the base station etc… I want to keep the room names and how it is setup.

You might want to review this announcement regarding Additional User Access
We also have an article going into more detail on how to add, remove and manage additional users here

As the owner of the account, the system will be registered to your email. But as tenants are using the system, all other details should be theirs.

It's crucial to ensure that any use of a security system in a rental property complies with all applicable privacy laws and agreements you have with your tenants.
