Which Version of the Smart Lock do I Have?

If you purchased a Smart Lock from SimpliSafe® or an authorized retailer after October 2024, it is likely that you have the Smart Lock Series 2.
You can also tell which version of the Smart Lock you have by looking at the shape of the device. The Smart Lock is a long oval with a height of 7.5 inches, while the Smart Lock Series 2 is a rectangle with rounded corners, and is 7.6 inches high.
