Panic Button Settings & Customisations

Your Panic Button can be customised to be a silent or audible alarm, and additionally be configured to request dispatch of different emergency services, like Fire or Police.
The Panic Button settings will determine what happens when you press the Panic Button.
Audible
The default setting. Will trigger a Panic siren and a call from an operator. If you do not answer, we will try your keyholders next.
Fire
Will trigger a fire siren and a call from a Monitoring Agent. If you do not answer, we will try your keyholders next.
Silent
Will not trigger an audible siren on the Base Station.

Follow the instructions below to customize your Panic Button using the SimpliSafe® Mobile App or the KeyPad.
SimpliSafe® Mobile App:
Open the SimpliSafe® mobile app on your phone or tablet
Choose My System from the bottom navigation bar
Select Device Settings
Tap on your Panic Button from the list of devices
Click into Alarm
Make your selection of alarm types from the list available
Be sure to tap on Send to Base before exiting to save your settings
KeyPad:
Select Menu
Enter your Primary PIN
Choose Devices
Select your Panic Button from the list of devices
Scroll for Panic Alarm
Then make your selection for what type of alarm you wish for the Panic Button to trigger
