How do I track my order?

There are three ways you can track your order once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email: Click the tracking number on the email you received. This will direct you to the UPS tracking service. Through our Live Chat, or via the Web App.

Please note that if your order has not yet been shipped, you will not receive a tracking number for it. Orders are typically processed within one business day after the order has been placed. You will receive an email once the order ships.

Live Chat

Live Chat is available on our website Monday - Friday, from 9am - 5:30pm. To use the Live Chat, open a new conversation with our Digital Assistant and have your Order Number & email address ready for verification.

Web App

You can track your order online here

  1. Login to your account at SimpliSafe.com (not available via Mobile App)

  2. Select Manage Account from the upper left corner of the navigation bar

    1. You’ll find this underneath your email address

  3. Scroll down to the ‘Order History’ section in the middle of the page

  4. Click on the tracking number for the order you wish to view
