Low Battery Notification for the Entry Sensor Won't Clear

If you recently changed the battery in your Entry Sensor, but your SimpliSafe® Mobile App or Keypad still says that the sensor’s battery is low, that could be due to interference or obstructions between the Entry Sensor and Base Station.
