App Error: Server Connection

The app error “Server Connection” occurs when there is an issue with the camera connecting to Wi-Fi after it’s made a connection to the Base Station.

You’ll want to reset the camera and set it up again to clear out the error. You can use the following guides to learn how to perform a reset on your specific camera.

Once the camera has been reset, begin the setup process over again using your camera’s installation guide.
