How To Set Up or Delete A Custom PIN

Updated

What Is A Custom PIN?

Custom PINs are similar to the Master PIN, but they cannot be used to change system settings; rather, they can be given to friends and family so they can disarm your system. When you give each Custom PIN a different name, you can keep track of who is disarming your system in the timeline on the mobile app or web app.

Your system can support up to 4 Custom PINs at a time, which you can add or delete as needed using the steps below on the SimpliSafe® App or Keypad.

You can scroll through the article below to learn more about Custom PINs, or use the anchor links to navigate directly to the section of your choosing.
