Wireless Siren model number
Good afternoon,
I just purchased a SimpliSafe alarm system. I would like to add an exterior siren, but $60 seems steep for an add-on. The current model is listed as AUS301. I see new units listed on eBay that look the same as the current unit, but have a different model number WS3 or
WS 3000? Will they work with my new system, or are these an earlier version?

Hi @grk57 ,
Sounds like you're seeing the retail SKU for the Wireless Siren (i.e. what you'd see from third party retailers like Amazon, Home Depot, etc.). The WS3000 model number refers to the exact same product.
But by the way, if you happen to be subscribed to the Fast Protect Monitoring Plan, you should know that you have a permanent 10% discount! We also sometimes have even bigger discounts from time to time. I would suggest reaching out to our Sales team to get the best deal.
