Troubleshooting my wifi dropping issue?
I have been trying to troubleshoot a wifi issue I’m having with your system. Talked to Adam in higher tech support yesterday and he told me someone from the escalation dept will give me a call between 8-9am today, which never happened. On reaching out to customer support again, I was told that escalation dept can take 4-5 days to get back to me - is that a joke? You deal with security and it takes your company 3-5 days to get back to me on it. Troubleshooting would take additional time, I assume. Just wow!!
Also, your support people have an accent that’s very difficult to understand and they don’t even transfer to supervisors easily - like I’d to literally beg them to do that. I believe you have outsourced it to a third world country which is why this is happening. With this kind of experience from your customer/tech support, I would not recommend anyone to buy your products. Do better!!

@Bluejay_22 did your issue ever get resolved? If not, can you describe your WIFI setup, location of base, layout of house?
