SS Customer Continuing Education
A few weeks ago a good friend called me about the benefits of upgrading his SS2 system to SS3. I told him there were many reasons to do it and he decided to move ahead and purchased a SS3 system at Costco for a very good price.
He called me yesterday and said he was very pleased with the new system, how it looked, performed, use with the app and how easy it was to install. Then he said he wished that SimpliSafe would eventually get around to eliminating the "excessive delay of sensors initiating an alarm condition". After a few questions I asked him it became evident that despite being a SS customer since 2014 (I know as I recommended SS to him) he was not aware of the "instant trigger" feature. A few minutes later he was a happy camper, said "I can't believe I didn't figure this one out sooner."
Which now brings me to a favorite subject of mine that SimpliSafe has refused to do for years: live webinar events here in the community. You invest money, time, associates to maintain it yet you don't leverage it as much as it could be to the benefit of customers, your associates and, last but not least, your bottom line.
How many topics, how many features, how many customers are affected by this common sense action being nowhere in sight? Yep, here I am over 14 years later asking again for you to consider doing this.
