Schedule for Instant Trigger

I would like to be able to set certain hours that I want the entry sensors, motion detectors, etc. to be set for "instant trigger". For example, I have SimpliSafe in my business, and I know that no one is supposed to be in the building between the hours of 11pm-5am when we are closed. If someone breaks in, the entry door sensor will still count down from 30 seconds to allow the alarm to be disarmed. Instead, I'd prefer to be able to set that from 11pm-5am, if any door sensor, motion detector, camera, etc. detects someone in the building, I would like for the police to be called immediately.
