Product Suggestion - Sensor
After being a loyal SimpliSafe user for years, I wanted to suggest a new product to consider.
Sensor Pad
This pad would sit under one of the legs of a valuable piece of equipment (computer, server, audio, gun safe, etc.). The alarm or silent alarm would be triggered when the piece of gear is lifted off the pad.
This would be an extra line of defense for anything valuable within you home if a bad guy somehow gets in.

I am a primary contact for my daughter's system. When an alarm is triggered, we get the notification but we are not notified if they have responded and cancelled the alarm. I talked to Simplisafe and the only option that would allow us to find it if it has been done would also send us notifications for all enabling and disabling of their alarms, which we don't need or want. I think there should be a custom notification specifically for alarm situations so that we know it has been dealt with.
