No Door Chime in Off Mode

IIRC in the past, the door chime (extra siren) chimed when a door or window was opened in the OFF mode and and whether secret alert enabled or not.

This does not chime with a door/window trigger in the present software 2.24.2.21.

I would prefer to get a chime and text message concurrently.
