Email Notifications When Battery Low/Dead
It would be helpful if an email was sent when a devices battery is low/dead. Having alerts on your mobile device is nice, but they can be easily dismissed when trying to clear out your screen. A requirement for this feature is a setting so folks who don't want this can disable it.

Hi @PismireWestern ,
The Battery Low and Not Responding (e.g. the warning you'll see when the battery is fully dead) errors are both part of the Warning Category, and both will generate an email alert if that is configured.
Email notifications do require the Fast Protect™ Monitoring Plan, or the Self Monitoring with Camera Recordings plan. But if you're already subscribed, you can set them up through the SimpliSafe app. Learn more about how from our Help Center here.
