Detailed Alerts Needed

It would be beneficial to see which sensor or camera alerted on the lock screen for an iPhone and I assume the same for Android devices.

Knowing which sensor or camera triggered without opening the alert would be very beneficial.  While attending meetings for my job being able to take a quick glance and knowing which sensor triggered is one example where this would be extremely beneficial.  Far less disruption while in the meeting.

There are a myriad of other examples of why this would be helpful.  @SimpliSafe, please put this enhancement on your project plan sprint(s).

Thank you.

@dallenk69 The good news is that SS monitoring agent can tell you what sensor caused the alarm condition, as well as the push alert for the Android version. Two things I cannot verify for you: 1. the iOS version (but can't imagine why it would be different) and 2. the required iOS settings required to have the push alert appear on your locked screen as I don't own an Apple product (that is another very long story).

As far as your comment about less disruption in a meeting, short of a wedding or funeral, I always at least keep my phone on vibrate in case I am alerted on my Pixel 10 to an alarm. Even in a movie theater a quick look on my locked screen tells me what I need to know.

Suggest you call or use text support (recommend calling) to get assistance on the necessary settings.  BTW, my apologies if I misinterpreted your post.

I think there was a little misinterpretation.  :-).  I am referring to notifications/alerts sent from the app.  Example:  Outdoor camera A may send me an alert that it detected motion.

I am looking for the option to know that it was camera A that sent the alert without actually opening the alert.

Camera A may not be an issue where I would not take the time to open that alert.  However, if camera B sent an alert, that may be more of a suspicious nature if that camera detected motion because of where it is positioned.

Having the alert/notice that is provided by the app tell me which camera and/or sensor sent the alert saves me needing to open the alert which is less disruptive when I receive several a day.

I hope this helped to clarify my ask.
