While there is currently no way for the Base Station's audio to be sent via Bluetooth to hearing aids or any other device, that's a pretty good suggestion. We'll make sure to let our development team know so we can see if that's something that we can implement.
That auxiliary siren is a good first start, but we need to have a flashing light in the bedroom, or, maybe, an Alexa/Zigbee routine to turn on the lights when the siren goes off. Possibly, a direct message board within the Mobile apps, so if the alarm is triggered, and the user profile has a hearing-impaired checkmark, the monitoring service knows to text the user, and inform the police, fire dept of that fact. Blind people, mentally impaired, infant/toddler checkmarks would be useful as well.
By themselves, those checkmarks would be easy to program in (if your database is well designed), offer real value to some users, and would make new marketing opportunities.
