Better Communication of Service Outages, Delays, etc.
So the SimpliSafe subreddit has a few posts/comments about issues with notifications and delays. Out of curiosity I checked the following:
Your twitter account - no updates
Your main website - no updates (https://simplisafe.com/)
Your support website - no updates (https://support.simplisafe.com/)
Your community website - no updates (https://community.simplisafe.com/)
My email - no updates
The SimpliSafe mobile app - no updates
But lo and behold on this one random page:
https://support.simplisafe.com/conversations/product-requests-and-suggestions/sensor-status-on-the-dashboard/62e2d36827c9e55d81c71630
I see the following banner at the top of the screen:
We are aware of an issue currently impacting video livestreaming and camera recordings as well as delayed motion notifications. Alarm monitoring and dispatch are not effected. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
This isn't useful. At all. It's frustrating for us and frankly embarrassing for SimpliSafe that in 2023 y'all don't have a status page / dashboard that we can check to see if there are issues with the app, the website, notifications, etc.
Please implement this functionality ASAP and make sure it's updated as soon as issues are detected. Nothing is more frustrating than troubleshooting an issue only to find out after you've spent hours tinkering that there was a problem but no one bothered to make that information available to you.

Annnnnnd as soon as I submitted this post and the page reloaded, I see the banner on the page for this post. But still not anywhere on your main site, support site, community site, etc.
