Add my name to the list
New user and generally pleased so far, however there are two GLARING missing features that many others have mentioned - add my name t the list of people requesting these features:
1) It is unfathomable why the keypad does not support the door chime feature. All the required hardware is present and it is a common security system feature. Yes, I know: buy an optional siren for $50, but that chime is not as nice as the base station and is yet another thing to replace batteries in. If you have a larger house, the door chime from the base station is not audible in all rooms. I will gladly buy news keypads if you ever implement this.
2) Support for hard wired ethernet connection on base station.
Other than these two issues the system does everything I want.

Also the optional siren does not replicate the doorbell gong from the video doorbell pro. It's mindboggling that they didn't think to include that or they did and someone high enough up made the decision not to. Until they release an external siren that replicates ALL of the alerts, chimes, etc. just as the base station does I think people should skip the external siren entirely. Vote with your dollars and stop supporting bad/incomplete products.
