Accessing Simplisafe Support
This topic comes up often and wanted to post a few suggestions:
- If you have a question or need help solving a problem, try the community search tool. It's been updated and the index is pretty good. Articles are helpful, including laying out troubleshooting steps for particular devices and issues, copies of user manuals etc.
- Phone Tech Support and/or Customer Service, depending on the topic. Available every day, the techs are friendly, want to help and, for the vast majority of calls, very knowledgeable. If still an issue, politely ask to be escalated to a supervisor or tech specialist. None available? Communicate a time when you are available (more the better) and ask for a call back.
- Tech Support Chat: not my favorite as nothing beats a live call but still, it is available 24x7.

Now time to drag out my favorite dead horse so I can beat on it again. SimpliSafe, this is only one of a few topics that would be of enormous value to your customer base to be covered in live, interactive webinars here in the community. You have the platform. You have the people. You have the knowledge. You have the time. Now, have the will and do it.
