A Premium Plan Beyond 10 Camera Limit

SimpliSafe should offer a premium plan that supports more than 10 subscribed cameras for video recording and storage. Currently, any cameras beyond the 10-camera limit can only live stream and send motion alerts, but they do not record or store footage. This limitation is inadequate for larger homes and office buildings. Based on my experience testing the cameras with a strong Wi-Fi system, the additional cameras did not appear to strain the base station, contrary to what some customer service representatives claimed as the reason for the 10-camera cap. In fact, tech support personnel indicated that the base station should be capable of handling more than 10 cameras. So, what is the real reason for imposing this limit?
