Membership Reimbursement

I was told to post here to get an issue escalated.

My base station hasn't been connected for about 6 months and I was still getting charged the $32+ monthly membership fee.

The agent I spoke with on the phone was able to reimburse me 2 months, but I was hoping to get the other 3 reimbursed as well.
