I canceled the service several months ago, and it said I would receive a call. I never received the call. Know I am getting emails saying update my payment information.

I'm not sure what you mean - where did you receive that message that you would receive a call?
The way to cancel Monitoring Service is for you to give us a call at 800-548-9508, and then we'll verbally confirm your Safe Word passcode. The requested action is performed during that call. Shortly after, you should also receive a confirmation email to provide a written notice of the change in your account.
