Smart locks not responding
Hi there,
I recently came back from vacation and both smart locks say they are not responding. They are visible in the app and also their status (i.e. locked or unlocked) can be seen in the app. So there is some communication, but not all.
Here is what works
- device is in the app
- lock can be locked / unlocked with the linked keypad
- base station knows that calibration is needed
Here is what doesn't work
- calibration fails (after locking the lock and starting, it never moves to unlock position)
- locking or unlocking via the app
Here is what I attempted
- replacing the batteries
- removing and re-adding the devices
- powering off the base station for a time
Is there any other steps I should attempt to rectify this?

I managed to fix it by doing a factory reset on the lock (hold the button above the batteries for 10 - 20 seconds)
