Entry sensor issue
I have two entry sensors. One on the back door stopped working properly. It triggers the two-tone beep from the base station, but it does not trigger the alarm. I've checked the settings and both Home and Away are set to Alarm. I've replaced the sensor. The front door sensor works properly, it triggers the two-tone beep from the base station and also triggers the alarm. I powered off the base station (unplug, remove battery for 60s) but that didn't help.

@jeffgreen check to make sure the entry sensor not setting off the alarm is set to "instant trigger". If that doesn't work, swap the sensor that doesn't work with one that does and then test if you have the issue again with the same sensor. If so, it is probably broken and needs to be replaced. If you are on a core or above monitoring plan without any breaks, it will be replaced at nc by SS, or it is covered in the warranty period. If all of that doesn't resolve the issue, try replacing the battery.
