Worst customer service ever experienced with any company

I have just experienced the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Took the agent 25 minutes to find our account. Now, how hard is it to look up an account? I explained multiple times I needed to speak to a Supervisor due to a conversation one of their call representatives had with a Fire Marshall which resulted in them making us take down our smoke alarms. The person I was speaking with told me our devices were not connecting and I said, again, it is because the Fire Marshall made us take them down. After five minutes of silence, I asked what the status was and was told, again, our devices were not connecting. I explained, again, that is because the FIre Marshall made us take them down. I am up to 41 minutes of mostly silence from the SimpleSafe person and still trying to get connected with a Supervisor. They keep telling me they are "waiting for an answer."

I want to give credit where credit is due..........As a follow-up, I was finally able to get transferred to the correct department and had a good conversation with them and so far, I have been 100% satisfied.
