Request for custom PIN functionality without adding users to account

I live in an apartment complex and have had issues with my landlord not providing prior notice for me to disarm the system. I do not feel comfortable giving out a PIN that allows anyone on the complex’s team to disarm my whole system. 

I would like to have custom PINs that have specific functionalities. For example, I can give my landlord a PIN that will silence the alarm, but not turn off the whole system (because I would still like to have the camera on while they are inside. Maybe this means having a PIN that turns it from “away” mode to “home” mode, and keep the camera activated during home mode). 

The support agent I spoke to said that I could add them as an authorized user with specific permissions, but this solution was not satisfactory to my landlord (because it would require each member of the team to therefore have the app, log into the authorized account, etc). They’d rather be able to write a PIN on my service request for any given maintenance technician to use.
