SimpliSafe announced today that a new product would be released early next week bringing to market the culmination of over two years of R&D and significant investment:  an AI oriented solution at the cutting edge of security and environmental needs: RISCV (Roaming Intelligent Security and Cleaning Vehicle)  “The integrated unit, utilizing the company’s industry leading Active Guard and leveraging SimpliSafe’s AI technology in partnership with IRobot, creator of the Roomba,” stated Mr. Hooman Shahidi, Chief Product Officer of SimpliSafe.

“Building on a base unit from IRobot, we were able to concentrate on infusing our advanced AI technology with Active Guard to create an intelligent, fully self sufficient mobile unit that can respond to a motion sensor alert, and, at the same time clean the floors of the living unit while not on a security mission. It is the best of both worlds” Mr. Shahidi continued.

SimpliSafe says the new product will be priced at $9,899.99.
