Yes, technical support is non existent! What a waste of money for a system that is intermittent at best. Please folks, get the Ring doorbell system. My nephew has it and it’s fabulous. Wish I knew that before I wasted over $300 on this system.

Same here. Piece of garbage. NO customer support available. Waste of money. Ring doorbell is superior on every level. Do not buy SimpliSafe. You will regret it, I promise you.
