Doorbell camera will not connect
We got new WiFi. Other cameras reset easily reconnected easily. Cannot get doorbell camera to reconnect. Tried soft and hard reboot. No luck. Any suggestions welcome, chat help did not help.

@bjsdvm88 Your post didn't say where in the process it failed but I am going to guess it couldn't read the QR code. If that's the case, if sunny out make sure to tilt your phone screen down slightly and then try a bit to the side. Start about 1 inch away then slowly move it out about 5 inches and then back. It should catch it. MY apologies if I guess wrong on where it is failing.
