Yes, but it's a shame if you wanted to delete all the recordings off your timeline because they don't allow that. So they will always have control of the past 30 days unless you go through 30 days of your timeline to delete everything. It's insane that they can have that much control.
@Iaramzan, SimpliSafe believes that safety and security goes hand-in-hand. Because of this, we cannot control any part of your timeline or recorded videos. All video content is encrypted, so the only person who can access it is you.
Okey BUT why can't we delete the time line that's taking up space on our phones. I'm sure you have a text that can reprogram this . There's a lot of complaints about this.
@edalves1950 the Timeline and all recordings are stored in the cloud - that is, to unlimited storage in our servers. They are not taking up space in your phone.
But if you don't manually remove them, all video recordings are automatically removed after 30 days.
