Sign is gettine to be a pain in the you know.
When I put in my usier name and then click on use password I get a message that says no passkeys available, there aren't any passkeys for Auth.Simplisafe.com on this device. then it continues to run me in circles trying to figure a way to sign. this is not right just a total BS runaround. I paid for the system and am paining the monthly fee. I just expect it to work.

@bncrichardson Ah, my "favorite": The passkey PIA. (Rim shot please). Passkeys are sometimes, depending the app and device, the best thing since sliced bread, and at other times, well you know, a PIA. I created for some unknow stupid reason a "Windows Hello" code. Yep, if on my windows 11 desktop computer I have to go through the failure notice and then click on "use password." Luckily, I use the Android phone app 90% of the time so not too much of a hassle. I'm with you, and ask how on earth do you clear the settings to use a "key" or "windows hello" method.
