Notifications are in EST and I am MST

My timeline notifications are the right time, MST. But the notifications that come up on my iPhone are EST. I can't find where to adjust that.... My phone is also set to MST so I don't know why my push notifications are in EST.....

@rhino_id You can change your system's time zone in the web app by taking these steps:

  1. Log into your account at webapp.simplisafe.com
  2. On the navigation bar on the left side of the screen, click on Monitoring 
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and you will see the TimeZone field
  4. Use the dropdown menu and select Mountain
  5. Click Save once you're done

It won't let me save. Comes up with an error message and says to contact you. I have not activated a home monitoring service so that may be why it doesn't work.

@rhino_id​ You should be able to update your account's time zone even if you aren't subscribed to a monitoring plan. In this case, I would contact our Support team as a next step. They'll be able to adjust the time zone as well.
