Multiple Properties - difference contacts?

Hello, for multiple SS systems, can each property have different contacts set up for who they call for alarm activation? e.g. different people live at each house"?

That's a great question. Yes, each location can have different addresses, contacts, and even Safe Words. You'll be able to specify that info when you're activating service for each location.

You also have a couple of options on how you want to go about this:

1. You can set up both locations under the same SimpliSafe login. You'll be able to manage and access both properties. But for the time being, everyone who needs access will need to use the same username and password, and they all will have full access including changing settings and arming and disarming.

2. You can set up each location under a separate SimpliSafe login, so that each location is totally separate. You'll need to log out of one account to log in and access the other.
