Continuously receive disarm by remote message

Since Saturday, one of the wired camera suddenly turn on and off more than 15 times per day. 
and i continuously receive Disarmed by remote message over 20 times each day. 
I have already updated to latest frameware, but the problem still exists.

today even worse, both motion sensors are unable to detect. 
is this my system problem? I only used this 368 days, according to the software record.

Hi @Janetbuying 

We are aware of the issue that impacted customers over that weekend. There was a Vodafone outage which impacted continuous back up cell connection. 
The repeat of the current state of your alarm, was due to reconnection of the SIM to cellular connection. 

Since then, Vodafone has recovered and the issue you experienced should has stopped. 
If you are still having this issue, please contact us so we can investigate further.
